The Process

Magic Is Happening ceramic jewelry

Perfecting Imperfection.

Stoneware clay is rolled into a slab. Each piece is carefully cut out and left to dry, for about seven hours. When dry, the pieces are sanded and filed so that they are smooth and lightweight.

Bringing the Heat.

They are then fired at about 2,000 degrees, and left to cool for eight hours. The Legacy Collection has a sandstone finish that is applied and requires no further firing. Everything else is glazed and then re-fired again.

Lastly, they are assembled and put on posts, ready to be worn! The whole process takes a few days to complete. Needless to say, a lot of love goes into creating these beauties!

“Erin is such a creative artist and every piece of jewelry that she handcrafts is truly a work of art. I love that her earrings are for everyone, as they compliment anyone’s style. They are a staple in my wardrobe!”
